Wednesday 28 OctoberMindfulness CraftsLearning Space, 11am | 12.30pm | 2.30pm

It's a busy old life at sea! Take a leaf from the sailor's log book and find a moment of quiet to participate in a mindfulness craft! Enjoy some sensory crafts as you mix and mould materials to create a dough. Take your dough home and use it to help you stop, feel and breathe when things become too much.

This workshop will be using tactile ingredients to create a dough. The sensory elements make it a great workshop for families with visual impairments.
