Calling all super sleuths: solve the mystery in our brand new spooktacular trail! Help discover the truth behind the strange sightings of the Black Dog that has been spotted inside The Beaney and around Canterbury. Is this a bad omen? Or maybe things aren't quite as they seem?

The Black Dog Mystery trail is available from Saturday 3 October until Friday 6 November (closed Mondays). £5 per trail.

Complete the trail and solve the mystery to be entered into our competition to win an Amazon Fire HD 8 Tablet. Plus enjoy our interactive game each weekend during October! Dust off your fancy dress and join us for Halloween fun.

The trail will follow our new one-way system in order to maintain social distancing and uses contact-free clues and puzzles in the galleries to limit the touching of surfaces.

Pre-book your visit online at thebeaney.co.uk.

From Saturday 3 October, you can also pre-order your trail when booking your visit online by selecting our 'Adult Entry + Trail' ticket. Simply show your booking confirmation on arrival to collect your trail. Alternatively, you can book your visit on arrival at the museum and purchase the trail from our Visitor Information Desk.
