Waltham Cross Library are running a 'Design a hat for the Queen' art competition
Young budding artists who are members of the library between 5 - 11 are invited to design a hat fit for the Queen.
Closing date for entries: 24th May. Judges will be Broxbourne councillors. Winners and runners up will be announced via the library Facebook page on 4th June. Winners and runners-up will receive prizes.
