A year on from the first Children's Football Writing Festival, the National Football Museum is hosting some of its favourite children’s authors online this February half term. Watch the festival trailer.
Rounding off the week on Friday is museum stalwart Matt Oldfield. The author of the Ultimate Football Heroes series will be sharing some of the stories from his Unbelievable Football book, winner of the Telegraph Children's Sports Book of the Year in 2020.
All of the talks and activities will be hosted on the museum’s YouTube and Facebook channels and will include simple writing challenges to encourage children to pick up a pen and transfer some of their football flair to paper!
