Blog Series: Let's get out of this world
- 05 August 2021

This week we’re exploring imagined realms that take us out of this world and into magical new places.
We're delighted to be bringing you a series of blogs based on different art forms and themes, along with suggestions of events and activities both online and in-person! Last time we celebrated all things theatre, and today our theme is SURREALISM.
It's been quite the year so we're encouraging the whole family the chance to exercise imagination and transport to other worlds.
Surrealism is all about shaking up the human experience. The movement’s artists find magic and strange beauty in the unexpected and uncanny, the disregarded and unconventional. We've put together some of our favourite events and activities that challenge the norm.
As always, we'd love to see your creations and hear about what you've taken part in, so make sure you tag us on social media #FantasticforFamilies.
