We are delighted to announce we are running online workshops! Starting from Sunday 25 October, our creative music workshops for young people - Music Maze - will happen once a month on Zoom.
Music Maze, for children aged 8 to 11, will take place in the morning from 10:30 to 12.30. As far as possible, we want to keep the spirit and character of our face-to-face workshops but there will be differences. All sessions will be on Zoom, places will be limited to 15 participants and will have to be booked in advance.
As usual, Music Maze will be led by our Director of Learning, Nancy Evans and BCMG musicians. Children don’t need to play a musical instrument to take part though we welcome those that do and others might be asked to find sounds in their home. There will be no formal performance at the end of the workshop but we will find ways to share what we have created.
Participants will need access to a Zoom-compatible device.

Music Maze is a series of fun, creative, participatory workshops for children aged 8–11. Most workshops are linked to performances by BCMG. Children do not need to play a musical instrument to take part.
Children can also work towards their Arts Award Explore as part of Music Maze. Further information can be found on our website.
